REFUND POLICY
SKGN provides a return and refund policy that allows customers to return their purchase within 30 days of receiving it. The item must be in its original, unused condition. Prior to returning the item, customers must notify SKGN by sending an email to return@skgn.dk. After the returned item has been received and approved, the purchase amount will be transferred to the account used to make the payment. It is the customer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs associated with the return.
